BUILDINGROME / MEET YOUR COACH
I’m Rome.
Here’s why I built this.
My training combines strength work and muscle building. I built BuildingRome to bring that experience into tools you can use to plan, train, and keep track of your progress.
Rome wasn’t built in a day.
I know the value of having a plan and giving it time. BuildingRome starts with a simple idea: know what you’re doing when you walk into a workout, then record what you actually do. You don’t need to figure everything out at once.
A part of my training story
My own workouts have blended strength work and hypertrophy. I also competed in bodybuilding; the competition photo here is from August 2018. That’s part of my experience, but competition doesn’t have to be your goal.
Your goal can be to build muscle, get stronger, improve conditioning, or simply get comfortable with a consistent routine. Your plan should reflect where you are and what you want to work toward.
How I can help
The free tools give you a training plan, a workout journal, and a way to organize nutrition. When enrollment opens, paid support adds Atlas and private messages with your chosen coach, with the allowances shown in each plan. You can choose me when I have space, or join a coach who invites you.
Coaching and Premium include sharing your plan and workout logs with your assigned coach for reviews and weekly check-ins. AI-assisted reviews are optional, and your coach approves any suggested changes. Your workspace and messages stay private to you and that coach. We’ll work with your schedule and what you can consistently do.
Keep food practical
Nutrition guidance can include general habits, meal ideas, and ways to support training. I'm not a registered dietitian. Medical diets, eating-disorder support, and individualized care for health conditions belong with a qualified professional.
Rome is a coach, not a registered dietitian. Nutrition recommendations are general guidance for healthy adults, not medical advice. For actual diet planning, talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian.
